Arrivals, departures: arrivals: 4-8 pm, departures: 8-10 am. Please provide arrival time when booking and let us know at least one hour in advance in case of delay.
Pre-booking: it is possible to request a pre-booking pending confirmation from the whole group (maximum 7 days). It does not bind you in any way (no amount is requested). The pre-booking will be cancelled automatically if you do not confirm your request within 7 days.
Booking: a deposit of 30% of the rental price will confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash no later than the day of arrival. For last minute bookings (-15 days before arrival) the total amount is to be transferred or payable in cash upon arrival.
In case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded up to:
- 100% of the amount paid up to 60 days before the arrival date
- 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the arrival date
- 0% if less than 14 days before arrival date
In case of no-show or interruption of the stay by the customer, no refund will be made.
Security deposit: a security deposit of € 300 will be paid on arrival into the hands of the lessor or his representative, to guarantee the return of the accommodation in good condition. This deposit will be returned, no later than one week after the delivery of the keys to the lessor, after deduction of the sums that may be due to the lessor, either to replace the damaged or missing objects, or for the damage caused in the rented premises.
The lessee undertakes to compensate the lessor up to the amount of the damage suffered, if the guarantee proves insufficient.
